Grilled Skewers


Spiedini Alla Brace is a delicious main course made with pieces of chicken, sausage, turkey, and roast, alternated with yellow peppers and skewered.   • Cut all the meat into small pieces, making sure to leave it in the freezer for about 1 hour.
  • Except for the sausages, put all the other pieces in a container with salt and lemon, letting them marinate for about 1/2 hour.
  • At this point, after cutting the bell pepper into small pieces and seasoning it with salt (the same size as the meat), you can start skewering the different pieces of meat, alternating them with the bell peppers.
  • While the grill is heating up, prepare a sauce with olive oil, lemon, and sage.
  • Place the skewers on the grill and, while they cook, brush them with the sauce using a sprig of rosemary.
  • Cook the skewers until the meat becomes golden brown.
  • Serve the skewers hot.
