Limonata Alla Menta is a refreshing and thirst-quenching beverage, perfect for hot summer days. Made with untreated lemons, sugar, mint, and water, this lemonade has a fresh and aromatic taste. Lemons are cut into pieces and blended with mint leaves to obtain a smooth pulp and lemon juice. Then, sugar is added to taste and mixed well to dissolve completely. The liquid is then filtered to remove any solid residues and the lemonade is chilled in the refrigerator. Served ice-cold and garnished with a few fresh mint leaves, Limonata Alla Menta is an irresistible summer drink.
