Pineapple with Fruit

Instructions

  • 1. Peel the pineapple and slice it.
  • 2. Arrange the pineapple slices on a serving plate.
  • 3. Peel the remaining fruit (mandarins, oranges, apples, and bananas) and slice them.
  • 4. Arrange the sliced fruit on top of the pineapple slices.
  • 5. Sprinkle the fruit with some Marsala wine.
  • 6. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Add a splash of lemon juice for a touch of acidity.
