Instructions
1. Peel the pineapple and slice it.
2. Arrange the pineapple slices on a serving plate.
3. Peel the remaining fruit (mandarins, oranges, apples, and bananas) and slice them.
4. Arrange the sliced fruit on top of the pineapple slices.
5. Sprinkle the fruit with some Marsala wine.
6. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add a splash of lemon juice for a touch of acidity.
