Carrot Side Dish

Ingredients

  • 8 Carrots Tender Carrots
  • 1/2 Cup Cream Unsweetened Whipped Cream

Instructions

  • 1. Scrape, wash, and dry the carrots.
  • 2. Grate them and put them in a bowl.
  • 3. Add the mayonnaise to the grated carrots and mix well.
  • 4. Adjust for salt, if necessary.
  • 5. Add the unsweetened whipped cream and gently mix to combine the ingredients.
  • 6. Transfer the carrot side dish to a bowl and refrigerate to cool before serving.
  • 7. Serve cold as a side dish to accompany main dishes.

Notes

Add a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper for an extra touch of flavor.
