Instructions
1. Scrape, wash, and dry the carrots.
2. Grate them and put them in a bowl.
3. Add the mayonnaise to the grated carrots and mix well.
4. Adjust for salt, if necessary.
5. Add the unsweetened whipped cream and gently mix to combine the ingredients.
6. Transfer the carrot side dish to a bowl and refrigerate to cool before serving.
7. Serve cold as a side dish to accompany main dishes.
Notes
Add a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper for an extra touch of flavor.
