Instructions
1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
2. Add the marshmallow petals to the boiling water.
3. Let the petals steep in the boiling water for 10 minutes.
4. Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool slightly.
5. Strain the infusion to remove the petals.
6. Pour the infusion into a cup or teapot.
7. Drink the warm infusion to get the benefits against angina.
Notes
Add some honey or lemon juice for an extra touch of sweetness or acidity.
