Marshmallow Infusion

  • 1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
  • 2. Add the marshmallow petals to the boiling water.
  • 3. Let the petals steep in the boiling water for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool slightly.
  • 5. Strain the infusion to remove the petals.
  • 6. Pour the infusion into a cup or teapot.
  • 7. Drink the warm infusion to get the benefits against angina.

Notes

Add some honey or lemon juice for an extra touch of sweetness or acidity.
