  • 1. Boil the green beans until al dente.
  • 2. Drain them and coat them in the eggs and flour.
  • 3. Fry them in bunches of 5-6 in hot oil.
  • 4. Drain them as soon as they are golden and crispy.
  • 5. Season them with salt and serve them very hot.

Notes

Add some ground black pepper for an extra touch of flavor.
