Instructions
1. Boil the green beans until al dente.
2. Drain them and coat them in the eggs and flour.
3. Fry them in bunches of 5-6 in hot oil.
4. Drain them as soon as they are golden and crispy.
5. Season them with salt and serve them very hot.
Notes
Add some ground black pepper for an extra touch of flavor.
