Thyme Infusion

Instructions

  • 1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot or kettle.
  • 2. Add the teaspoon of thyme to the boiling water.
  • 3. Cover the pot or kettle with a lid and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
  • 4. Remove the pot or kettle from the heat and let it cool slightly.
  • 5. Pour the thyme infusion into a cup.
  • 6. Sip the hot infusion slowly to relax and soothe the cough.

Notes

Add some honey to sweeten the infusion.
