Pour 50 ml Scotch Whiskey into a large tumbler, previously filled with ice cubes.
Add 100 ml of Ginger Ale.
Stir gently with a teaspoon.
Serve the cocktail by decorating it with a lemon peel and, if desired, a straw.
Notes
For a flavored twist, you can add a couple of drops of Angostura to the cocktail before serving. This will add a spicy, slightly bitter note that pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the Ginger Ale and the character of the Scotch Whiskey.
