  • Fry the almonds in a little seed oil, blend them and let them cool.
  • Beat the yolks of the eggs.
  • Beat the egg whites separately until stiff.
  • Whip the cream together with the sugar.
  • Combine the egg yolks, mix and, add the beaten egg whites.
  • Mix well, and last, add the almonds.
  • Place the mixture in a baking dish and store in the freezer for 24 hours.
  • The parfait should be served with melted dark chocolate and poured over the servings.

Notes

For an even more mouthwatering touch, you can add a teaspoon of vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon to the preparation. These small touches will enrich the flavor of your almond parfait, making it irresistible.
