Ingredients

Instructions

  • Start by peeling the already boiled and cooled potatoes. Then, cut them into small cubes and transfer them to a large bowl.
  • Proceed by peeling the apples and cutting them into cubes of the same size as the potato cubes. Add the apple cubes to the potato cubes in the bowl.
  • Drain the tuna from the oil, transfer it to a cutting board, and finely chop it into small pieces. Add the tuna to the bowl with the apples and potatoes.
  • Carefully mix the three ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Gently incorporate the pink sauce into the mix, ensuring that it is well distributed among the other ingredients. If necessary, adjust the salt.
  • Take a dome-shaped mold and press one-sixth of the prepared mixture inside it, then gently overturn it into a serving cup to form the cocktail.
  • Repeat the process with the rest of the mixture to create five more servings.
  • Finely slice the green apple for garnish and arrange a few slices around each cocktail, finishing with tomato wedges for decoration.

Notes

To add a crispy touch to your cocktail, add some toasted whole grain bread croutons to the recipe and crumble them over each portion before serving.
