Banana Bavarian Cream is a creamy and irresistible dessert with a sweet-tangy flavor from ripe bananas and fresh lemon. Perfect for any meal or as a sinful sweet treat in the afternoon.

Instructions
Slice the bananas and sieve to obtain a smooth puree.
In a bowl, combine the banana puree with the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Soften the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 15 minutes, then squeeze out the excess water.
Transfer the gelatin to a saucepan and melt it over low heat, without bringing it to a boil.
Allow the melted gelatin to cool slightly before gently incorporating it into the banana mixture.
Add the whipped cream to the mixture, being careful to fold it in from bottom to top to avoid deflating it.
Pour the mixture into a mold and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
To unmold the Bavarian cream, briefly dip the mold in boiling water and then turn it out onto a serving plate.
Notes
For an exotic and crunchy touch, add toasted coconut flakes or dark chocolate pieces to your Bavarian cream before chilling.
