Rabbit with Cream

  • Cut the rabbit into pieces and place them in a baking dish.
  • Add a clove of garlic, salt, and pepper to the rabbit pieces.
  • In a separate bowl, dissolve the flour with a few spoonfuls of cream.
  • Dilute the flour with the rest of the cream.
  • Pour the cream and flour mixture over the rabbit, turning the pieces so that the sauce covers them well.
  • Place the baking dish in a moderate oven and cook for 45 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, chop the parsley.
  • Once cooked, sprinkle the rabbit meat with the chopped parsley.
  • Arrange it on a serving plate and serve.

Notes

Add white wine during cooking for a more intense flavor.
