Instructions
Cut the rabbit into pieces and place them in a baking dish.
Add a clove of garlic, salt, and pepper to the rabbit pieces.
In a separate bowl, dissolve the flour with a few spoonfuls of cream.
Dilute the flour with the rest of the cream.
Pour the cream and flour mixture over the rabbit, turning the pieces so that the sauce covers them well.
Place the baking dish in a moderate oven and cook for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the parsley.
Once cooked, sprinkle the rabbit meat with the chopped parsley.
Arrange it on a serving plate and serve.
Notes
Add white wine during cooking for a more intense flavor.
