  • Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a kettle or large pot.
  • Once the water boils, turn off the heat and gently add the dried sage leaves.
  • Let the sage leaves infuse in the boiling water for 10 minutes. During this time, the active principles of the sage will spread in the water, creating an aromatic and beneficial infusion.
  • After 10 minutes, strain the infusion with a fine sieve to remove the sage leaves and serve the infusion hot, or let it cool if you prefer to enjoy it cold.

Notes

To make this infusion even more special and pleasant to the palate, add a cinnamon stick during the infusion phase and a few drops of honey or agave syrup to sweeten it naturally once ready to serve. The cinnamon will not only enrich the flavor, but will also contribute with its warm notes to create an even more relaxing and comforting effect.
