Instructions
1. Bring the milk to a boil with half of the sugar, the butter, and the raisins.
2. Cook the rice in the milk until completely absorbed.
3. Let the rice cool down.
4. Add the beaten eggs, the liquor, and, gradually to avoid lumps, the flour.
5. Fry the fritters in plenty of vegetable oil.
6. Dry the fritters on paper towels.
7. While still warm, roll them in sugar.
Notes
Add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top of the fritters before serving.
