Instructions

  • Cook the macaroni in plenty of salted water.
  • Keep them al dente and pour them out without draining them completely.
  • In the meantime, you will have divided the ricotta into chunks, crushed them with a wooden spoon and thinned them with a little of the macaroni cooking water.
  • Season the macaroni with this kind of cream and coarse ground pepper.

Notes

For an even tastier variation, you can add fresh chopped basil or slivers of Parmesan cheese on top of the macaroni before serving. This will add an aromatic touch and an extra note of flavor to the dish.
