Turn the glass upside down on a saucer with salt so that it sticks to the moistened rim.
Pour the tequila into the glass.
Sip by swirling the glass so that the tequila carries away the salt-lemon mixture on the rim.
Notes
For an original twist, try adding a pinch of chili powder to the salt before moistening the rim of the glass. This small addition will give a burst of flavor that will complement the tequila beautifully!
