  • Macerate the rosemary and lemon in a jar for 6 days, shaking the contents once a day.
  • After the 6 days, strain the mixture.
  • Add the white wine to the strained mixture.
  • Let the liquor rest for 2 days.
  • Consume the liqueur chilled, preferably 1/2 shot after meals.

Notes

Rosemary liqueur, besides being an excellent digestive, has tonic, stimulating and diuretic properties. It is recommended to consume it twice a year, in spring and fall, for a period of 7 days. For a personal touch, you can add a couple of juniper berries during steeping to intensify the flavor.
