Mix hazelnuts, eggs, sugar, flour mixed with baking powder, milk, oil coffee and 100 g melted butter in a bowl.
Stir well.
Grease a cake pan and pour in the mixture.
Bake in the oven at 180° for 40 minutes. According to Langhe tradition, it should be low.
Notes
For a lighter variation, you can replace some of the butter with cottage cheese or Greek yogurt. This will not only reduce the calories, but also add a nice softness to the cake.
