  • In a glass jar, steep the grappa with the peels of three oranges, previously diced and stripped of the white part, along with 30 g of sugar.
  • Expose the jar to the sun for six weeks.
  • After this period has elapsed, strain the mixture and serve chilled.
  • Offer the liqueur in small clear glasses to better appreciate its color.

Notes

For a spicier variant, add a cinnamon stick during the steeping stage. This will give a more intense aroma and a warm note to the liqueur.
