Grappa
1 handful
Orange peels
only yellow part

Sugar
Instructions
In a glass jar, steep the grappa with the peels of three oranges, previously diced and stripped of the white part, along with 30 g of sugar.
Expose the jar to the sun for six weeks.
After this period has elapsed, strain the mixture and serve chilled.
Offer the liqueur in small clear glasses to better appreciate its color.
Notes
For a spicier variant, add a cinnamon stick during the steeping stage. This will give a more intense aroma and a warm note to the liqueur.
