Carrot Cake: Easy and Delicious Recipe

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt, a pinch of ginger and a pinch of nutmeg.
  • Add two tablespoons of milk, half a cup of oil, melted butter and eggs. Mix until the mixture is smooth.
  • Incorporate the raisins and chopped walnuts and mix.
  • Finally, add the peeled, washed and finely chopped carrots.
  • Butter a bundt pan mold, pour in the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about an hour. Withdraw, let cool well. Unmold, sprinkle the doughnut with plenty of powdered sugar and serve.

Notes

For an even yummier version, you can add a spreadable cheese frosting to the recipe. Mix 100 g of spreadable cheese with 50 g of powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of milk until smooth. Pour the frosting over the completely cooled doughnut for an extra touch of sweetness and creaminess.
