  • Open 10 mussels, chop shellfish with garlic, parsley and sausage.
  • Combine parmesan cheese, eggs, squeezed bread and salt, and breadcrumbs if needed.
  • Open the other mussels, put a little of the filling in each, close them and tie them up.
  • Cook them in a sauce made with tomato, onion, garlic and parsley.

Notes

For an even tastier touch, you can add a pinch of chili to the filling or use fresh herbs for the sauce. This recipe is perfect for a special dinner or Sunday lunch with the family.
