  • Peel, wash, and slice zucchini.
  • Dip them in flour, shaking them in a sieve to remove excess flour.
  • Fry zucchini in hot oil.
  • Drain them on paper towels and keep warm.
  • Mix flakes with milk in a large bowl and sprinkle with plenty of pepper.
  • Cook the pasta until al dente, drain and add it to the cottage cheese.
  • Stir, add the zucchini, chopped basil, and serve immediately.

Notes

For an even more flavorful twist, try adding a pinch of chili powder to the zucchini during frying. This will add a nice spicy contrast that goes perfectly with the sweetness of the zucchini.
