Instructions
1. Take a glass or a suitable carafe for preparing Skiwasser.
2. Pour 20 grams of lemon juice into the glass or carafe.
3. Add 20 grams of raspberry syrup to the lemon juice.
4. Add 20 centiliters of water or seltzer to the glass or carafe.
5. Mix the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
6. Taste the Skiwasser and, if necessary, add more lemon juice or raspberry syrup to adjust the taste.
7. Add ice if you want a cooler drink.
8. Serve the Skiwasser in glasses or carafes with a slice of lemon or a mint leaf as decoration, if desired.
9. Enjoy your refreshing and thirst-quenching Skiwasser!
Notes
Add a splash of orange soda for a fizzy twist.
